Double Inlet fan
Construction characteristics:
– Galvanised sheet metal casing.
– Glass-fibre reinforced polyamide turbine for sizes 7/7, 9/9, 10/10 and 12/12. All other models in galvanised sheet metal.
– Multi-blade turbine with double inlet forward curved blades.
– The fan is supplied with support feet included in the price. Except 15/15 which is a cubic model.
– Exclusive Casals system for fixing the motor to the fan and turbine by means of bending arms which, together with silent blocks, prevent any type of vibration. Arms in compliance with ROHS 2002/95/EC (Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
– Casals exclusive design closed motors: extruded aluminium housing, connection set protected inside the terminal box integrated in the motor IP 65. Motor with IP54 protection and class F insulation. Standard voltages 230V 50Hz for single-phase models and 230/400V 50Hz for three-phase models.
– Single-phase motors adjustable by voltage. Three-phase models adjustable by frequency inverter.
Designed to be integrated into equipment:
– Ventilation boxes and air handling units.
– Centrifugal fan heaters.
– Industrial and professional kitchen hoods. Use in supply or extraction with previous grease filtering.
– Maximum continuous working temperature: 50ºC for single-phase motors and 60ºC for three-phase motors.
